You shall at no time access, view, download, receive or otherwise use, or cause or enable any other person or entity to access, view, download, receive or make use of any portion of said Content, directly or indirectly in places where BNR does not authorize such access, viewing, downloading, receipt or other use, including but not limited to "Restricted Areas." As used herein, "Restricted Areas" means the following geographic areas:

BNR GRANTS NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OTHER THAN THOSE WHICH ARE IMPLIED BY AND INCAPABLE OF EXCLUSION, RESTRICTION OR MODIFICATION UNDER APPLICABLE LAW. NO ORAL OR WRITTEN INFORMATION OR ADVISE GIVEN BY BNR, ITS AGENTS OR EMPLOYEES SHALL CREATE A WARRANTY OR IN ANY WAY INCREASE THE SCOPE OF THIS PARAGRAPH.
  2. IN NO EVENT SHALL BNR BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY OTHER PERSON FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS OR PROFITS OR FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE PornLoversParadise OR THE CONTENTS THEREOF, EVEN IF BNR WAS PREVIOUSLY ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES OR FOR ANY OTHER CLAIM BY YOU OR BY ANY OTHER PERSON.

SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON THE LENGTH OF AN IMPLIED WARRANTY OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL AND/OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE FOREGOING LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

IN THE EVENT ANY OTHER CLAIM IS MADE BY YOU RELATING TO THE PERFORMANCE OR NONPERFORMANCE OF BNR CONCERNING [NAME OF WEB SITE] OR THE COINTENT THEREOF, THE ACTUAL DAMAGES TO WHICH YOU MAY BE ENTITLED SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR ACCESS THERETO.

  1. Access to PornLoversParadise may be terminated by BNR at any time, with or without cause. In such event, You agree to be personally liable for all charges incurred by You during or through the use of PornLoversParadise. You shall remain liable for such charges after termination of Your access rights to PornLoversParadise for any reason.
  2. BNR does not screen or endorse advertisements or communications submitted to it by third-party licensees, advertisers, or visitors for electronic dissemination through PornLoversParadise. You are advised to use your own judgment to evaluate all advertisements and other communications available at or through the use of PornLoversParadise prior to purchasing goods and/or services described therein or otherwise responding to any communication at PornLoversParadise.
  3. BNR is not liable for damages resulting from disseminating, failing to disseminate, or incorrectly or inaccurately disseminating any materials, data, advertisement or other communication at or through [name of web site].

11.       "PornLoversParadise" is a service name and service mark mark of BNR Enterprises. All rights under applicable federal, state and international laws are reserved.

12        This Agreement represents the full, complete and entire agreement between You and BNR regarding Your use of, and access to, PornLoversParadise and all Content related thereto. This Agreement supersedes all prior written and oral understandings, writings, and representations and may only be amended by BNR. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia and the United States

and applied to agreements between Virginia residents entered into and to be performed within the Commonwealth of Virginia, except as governed by Federal law. The application of the United Nations Convention of Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded. You hereby consent and stipulate to the jurisdiction of the Courts of the Commonwealth of Virginia and the United States District Court for Virginia. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be reformed only to the extent necessary to make it enforceable. Unless otherwise explicitly stated, the provisions of this Agreement shall survive its termination.
